The Arbiter

In a near-future dystopia, all news is censored and free speech has become a distant memory. Journalists are hunted and eliminated by cybernetically enhanced agents called arbiters. In a few remaining safe havens like Prishtinopolis, reporters live in exile, coordinating info-revolutions. “Arbitri / The Arbiter” is the first episode of this serialized cyberpunk novel; it functions both as an artist’s book, a collection of essays and a multimedia experiment. The publication is accompanied by a soundtrack composed by Liburn Jupolli.
